Storage FAQs

When can I move in? If there is a storage space available that meets your specific storage needs, you can move in anytime during normal access hours.
How do I know how much storage space I will need? You can either use our Size Guide on our website or call our manager for assistance. You may also visit our Display Unit at 8233 Yankee Woods Dr to view sizes 5x10 up to 10x30. It's open from 6am-10pm.
Can I use the moving truck when I move in? All of our quailified customers are allowed one free use of the moving truck. You must reserve the truck in advance and all reservations can be made via phone or email.
What security features do you provide? Our facilities are all equipped with video cameras with digital recording devices. All of our stores also have keypad entry gates at the front of their properties so only customers have access to the storage area. The storage areas are also completely fenced in around the perimeter. The driveways are lighted for your safety at night. Also, most of our properties have on-site residents.
What are the moving truck stipulations? You can use our truck one time for free while you are renting from us. Truck rentals are based on availability, so you need to reserve the truck by calling our office. The free rental includes 50 free miles and can only be used within city limits. You will be required to replace the gas that you use.

We require a valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and a major credit card (no debit cards allowed) for the $100 security deposit. Please call the store to reserve the truck and for more details.
What forms of payments do you accept? Cash, Check, Money Order, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
Do I need to sign a long-term lease? No, we rent on a month-to-month basis unless the customer requests otherwise.

Do you provide moving carts? All of our stores have a variety of moving equipment varying from flatbed carts to appliance dollies.
Are there any items that I am NOT able to store? Liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials and perishables. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.
Do you sell boxes and storage supplies? Yes, we sell 3 to 4 sizes of boxes at each location. We also sell a large variety of packing/moving supplies, including mattress & furniture covers, bubble wrap & packing paper, & dish packing kits.
How do I secure my unit? You will provide your own lock for the storage space, so you are the only one with keys and access to the space. We require the use of circular disc locks. You may purchase one from us or bring your own.
Does there have to be someone in the office to let me through the security gates? No. At the time of signing you will be given your own security pass code that will allow you access to your unit during normal access hours.
How do I make a payment? You can make your monthly payment in person, via mail, on our website, or at one of our select kiosk locations. We also offer the convenience of automatic deductions from your credit or debit card.
How much notice needs to be given before I move out? All contracts are month-to-month. However, we would appreciate a 5 day notice before you move out. Please leave your lock off of the unit to signal that you have moved out. Locked units will continue to pay rent.
What type of documentation do I need to provide in order to rent a space? We require a government-issued photo ID (example: driver’s license, state ID, or passport).
What if I need a smaller or larger space? You can always transfer your property to a smaller or larger space whenever the spaces are available. There is no charge for this.
