Do I have to sign a long term lease? |

No. All of our leases are on a month-to-month basis. You can recieve a discount for paying 6 or months in advance. |

Do you provide a lock for the storage space? |

No. For security purposes, we have all of our customers provide their own lock. Whoever has a key to your lock will have access to the storage space. |

Can I access the space 24 hours a day? |

Our standard keypad access hours are from 6am to 10pm. For security purposes, we only provide extended access to customers who have a legitimate business purpose and have agreed to a background check. There is also a monthly admin. fee for this service. |

Can I use the moving truck when I move in? |

All of our customers are allowed one free use of the moving truck. Reservations are taken on a first come, first served basis. |

What are the moving truck stipulations? |

If you rent a space that is 10x10 or smaller, you can use the truck for 4 hours. If you rent a space that is larger than a 10x10, you can use the truck for 8 hours. You will have 50 free miles. You must refill the gas that you use. You must provide a valid drivers license and proof of current insurance. There is also a $100 security deposit on all truck rentals. |

What if I need a smaller or larger space? |

You can always transfer your property to a smaller or larger space whenever the spaces are available. There is no charge for this. |

Do you provide moving carts? |

All of our stores have a variety of moving equipment varying from flatbed carts to appliance dollies. |

What security features do you provide? |

Our facilities are all equipped with video cameras with digital recording devices. All of our stores also have keypad entry gates at the front of their properties so only customers have access to the storage area. The storage areas are also completely fenced in around the perimeter. The driveways are lighted for your safety at night. Also, most of our properties have on-site residents. |
